Job Description/Responsibilities
|
|
You would represent the company in your territory for post-sales support. You would be the first point of contact for all customers in your area. This would include the following activities
- Cold calling and Identifying prospects.
- Implementation of hardware, software and systems at client sites
- Post implementation support to the client, whether on-site or off-site, for hardware and software
- Picking up AMCs from clients
- Testing and validation of in-house developed software, both for mobile devices and application software

Candidate Requirement
|
- Good Communication
- BE or Diploma in Electronics or Computers
- Good knowledge of PC & Network interfacing technologies and peripherals
- Working experience of atleast 1 year as Customer Support Engineer
- Experience in preparing and giving project presentations
- No reservations against extensive travel to customer site
