Service and Support Contracts

As with most computer equipment, mobile terminals will need repair at some point in their life cycle. WaveLogix provides a balanced offering from the quickest turnaround "depot express", to the 3-year comprehensive "service from the start" and a few preventive maintenance visits in between.

WaveLogix will work with your implementation teams and our Professional Services at the point of "Commissioning" the equipment to record the serial numbers and enter into the service contract with the manufacturer.

 

Device Management & Repairs

Asset Management of your mobile inventory is made easier with WaveLogix. We track all Serial Numbers obtained during the initial System Commissioning, and maintain the client application deployment "kits" necessary to restore all of the software to your mobile terminals by version — this also applies to RF Infrastructure equipment, Printers, RFID, and any other elements of the WaveLogix Solution.
